James “Jim” Kotowicz, 72, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018. He was a retired engineer for Union Pacific Railroad. He was an active member of the Mid-south Flywheelers Antique Club and was an advocate for children and adults with disabilities. Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Ray Kotowicz of Hernando; daughter, Jennifer Lynn Crunk of Maben; daughter-in-law, Sherrill Kotowicz of Olive Branch; sister, Mary Bingham of Biloxi; grandchildren, Jeremy Kotowicz, Kayla Scott, Ashley Crunk; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Walker; son, Jeff Kotowicz; and son-in-law, Tim Crunk. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled for a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Treatment Centers of America or a charity of your choice.
