Entergy check aids career fair effort

Entergy Mississippi President and CEO Haley Fisackerly (second from left) recently presented a $5,000 grant to the DeSoto County Foundation for Excellence In Education for its first annual “Pathways2Possibilities” DeSoto Career Expo. The interactive technical career fair will give some 3,000 DeSoto County eighth graders the opportunity to explore different career pathways with local companies. Cory Uselton, Desoto County Economic Development Council President and CEO Jim Flanagan and Desoto County Economic Development Council Business Development Specialist Bryant Henley.
