Northwest Mississippi Community College sophomore outfielder Ally Judkins signed to play for the University of Mobile (Ala.) over the weekend, a perennial softball power in the NAIA with 19 trips to its NAIA Softball World Series.
Judkins started in 77 career games for the Rangers and was a .275 lifetime hitter with 52 career hits, 20 RBIs and 37 runs scored. She added seven career stolen bases and fielded at a .949 clip.
Off the field, Judkins was a three-time President's List member and spring 2017 Dean's List honoree, Phi Theta Kappa, NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete, NJCAA All-Academic Third Team and Academic All-MACJC selection.
Prior to Northwest, Judkins helped Magnolia Heights to a second-place finish in MAIS Class AAAA Division II and an overall third-place finish in Class AAAA her senior year. She was a four-time all-conference selection, named team captain and best defensive player her junior and senior seasons.
The Rams are coming off a 46-15 season, SSAC runner-up finish and NAIA Softball World Series berth.
